Kids Fit Club is designed to keep kids active and to teach them healthy eating habits.

The purpose of the Kids Fit Club program is to promote fitness and athleticism among the school aged population. In the course of fulfilling this purpose, the program will aid in reducing obesity and diabetes in the targeted population. Progress Fitness seeks to help fill the gap left by the loss of required physical education classes in schools.

The program is designed to keep kids active and to teach them healthy eating habits. Another component of the program is to help kids establish and maintain a balance between physical activity and their technological activities.

Routines are designed to improve overall athleticism and preparation for all sports. Speed ladders, hurdles, and cones will be utilized in exercises that improve speed and agility. The healthy eating component of the program will be enhanced through the provision of nutritious snacks. This will afford the kids real life experiences in healthy eating.
